Container arrives at SMIALA
We receive 20'/40'/40'HC containers direct from port or road carrier. Gross weighing on truck scale, CMR protocol, batch identification for every consignment.

Unloading and warehousing
Big-bags, 25 kg bags and octabins go into the enclosed warehouse. Temperature 5–25°C, humidity below 60%, FIFO rotation, zone-segregated by batch.

Gravity transloading
Big-bag is lifted by forklift above the silo trailer inlet and emptied by gravity — no pneumatics, no fractionation, no compressor-oil contamination.

Transport to factory across Europe
The silo trailer leaves SMIALA for the customer's factory. PHS Magnum Chorula operates 31 silo trailers — coverage across all of Europe.
